Returns & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.




You have 14 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date your item(s) are received.


To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it/them.


Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.


Your item(s) must have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Please note that pierced item(s) can only be returned in their original sealed packaging.


Please also note that we are unable to accept returns for Personalised or Engraved items unless the item(s) is/are faulty or does not match the specifications in your order.





Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).


You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.





You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).


If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


In the event of a manufacturing fault, your return postage will be refunded.
